In Wicker Park, you can always leave the house by yourself, and by the end of your trip to the grocery store end up with 4 friends have a drink juuuuust before happy hour. Cheers!

This was an exhibition put on my some of our newest clients bear.illa. The streets were buzzing with Lala goers, but there was a different type of buzz going on at Connect Gallery. People were out to appreciate artists and musicians who all came together for the same purpose, to shed light on the devastating effects this recent oil tragedy had left on the gulf coast.

So, I have been wanting to bring new Creative Individuals together in Chicago for a while now. And since the closing of Verse last fall (tear) our clubhouse has been n/a. Starting July 27th, we will be welcoming fashionistas, photographers, bloggers, and students to The Industry. The Industry is a interactive forum, lasting four weeks and is designed to encourage the exploration of the professional fashion/creative industry. During this time, we will be consulting, blogging, and hosting Q&A's with Anna Fong, Melanie Lyke of Rockett Mansion, Ashley Scott of Drapes, and Chicago stylist Justin White. I think this is gonna be an event that will provide an awesome networking and inspiring network that Chicago has thirsted for some time now. Are you gonna come?

People came from all over to be apart of Rockett Mansion's 2 year anniversary and E-shop launch. The ambiance was very chill, but the topic of everyone's conversation was the beautiful hand picked selection by Melanie Lyke, Rockett Mansion's owner and buyer. The event took place where RM's showroom is situated, at the Lacuna Artist Lofts in Chicago's Artist district. Most everyone left with their favorite piece and some pretty awesome memories.
