I was inspired by her lip color. I went to Mac because I knew the wide range of hues that are available. I tried my best to match the color worn by the girl in the pic. Lady Danger is the closest match I could find and it can be found at any Mac cosmetic store for $14. Catch me with it bare legged and foxy!

Agatha Ruiz de la Prada rains gumdrops in a sea of little black dresses. Her designs truly make me feel like I am a kid again. I imagine her customer as an Olivia Huxtable all grown up.

Shout Out to Rocket Mansion

I was introduced to Melanie Lyke, the owner of Rocket Mansion in the Fall of 2008. Her modernist approach towards vintage instantly won me over. She has an eye for statement pieces, and her attention to detail has gained the attention from fashionistas around the world. Her pieces are usually sold before they are tagged at Verse. I am so anxious to see what she will have for us next! Stay tuned.........

Verse Fashion Show 09'

We were under intense pressure to pull of our debut fashion show. From collections arriving late and models backing out last minute there was not a dull moment to be had. Thankfully we pulled through with no friction, and we had a pure crowd pleaser on our hands. Justin White made a seamless transition from intern, to stylist/casting director in this show. He's one to watch.......
